Stanwell pipes, first started by Poul Stanwell in 1942, have become one of the world's leading pipe manufacturers of fine quality briars today. They are known for their unique design and superior smoking qualities.
Stanwell pipes are made from the finest Corsican and Grecian briar. Each pipe is designed by well-known Danish pipe makers such as Sixten Ivarsson, Jess Chonowitsch and Tom Eltang. Shapes range from classic traditional shapes to more unique and original designs. Each pipe has it's own character resulting from the combination of beautiful grain, balanced with elegant shape and durable finish. Over twenty different shapes, available in a variety of finishes, are produced in a factory in Denmark using modern techniques.
Stanwell covers a range of character and personality that is sure to please. Some series are limited in production, so certain pieces may be difficult to obtain.
